Has been owned more then once, worn many times I'm sure; I can't find any particular issues within the skirt, definitely nothing that is noticeable, but just be warned that this is not a brand new skirt.

How much for shipping to Ohio? Also, could you measure the actual max waist? I'm near the high end of the ranges recorded for that size, but I was wondering how much wiggle room that would give me for a blouse etc.
