BTSSB Velvet Royal Crown Flocky Jsk
Very very soft velvet fabric, but there are several markings. I have not tried to get rid of any of these. There are two on the front skirt hem, and then rubbing from a black blouse on bottoms of the arms. The biggest mark is the only one noticeable while being worn. I believe the max measurements would probably be:
Bust - 86 cm
Waist - 74cm
