Long Ears & Sharp Ears Studio Royal College Bear JSK with extras.

I bought this directly from LE&SE with custom sizing. The items have very good construction, however the materials are light so it's great summer JSK.

Set includes: JSK, collar, rosette, beret, and wristcuffs.
I bought extra bows and matching bear ears to go with this set, however I am not sure where they are currently located due to recently moving. If I find them, I will include them at no extra charge.
