Royal Blue x Black Wrist Cuffs with Glass Pearls
Specially made by Dearest Victoria from beautiful hand dyed lace. Silky soft seams finished with Maxi-lock Stretch for maximum comfort during wear. Each pair of cuffs is made from a total of 7 feet of lace for maximum fullness. These will comfortably fit wrists from 6"-12". They may be loose on smaller wrists and too tight on larger.
The bows on these cuffs are attached with pins.
