BTSSB Rowel Embroidery Yoke JSK - Black. Like New

I got this JSK in a lucky pack and have only worn it handful of times; It is just not my style. I am also selling the black beret that was included in the lucky pack if you wish to purchase the set.
Please note that this dress does not have shirring. However I am slightly larger than standard asian sizing and this fits me just fine. I think the Lolibrary measurements may be off by an inch.
