This listing is for Rouge Aerie's Nightmare Rising JSK in Navy. It is a UK 16/US 14. I would suggest a bust no bigger than 40-42", waist around 36". This dress is beautiful and features a detachable neck tie and front panel (between the front collar parts to let your blouse underneath show off more). This is also a great dress to wear by itself in warmer climates as the front modesty panel keeps things covered well. The back of the dress features bat wing shaped scalloping on the collar and the dress has lace and ribbons accenting the Cthulhu print on the skirt. It has a side zipper for ease and does not feature waist ties (it keeps a nice shape without needing any).
