I forgot to take a picture, but this piece does come with the center detachable bow.
Although in good condition, its age does show a bit - especially on the side where the waist tie is sewn in which can be seen in the photo. This area contains a little bit of fraying and some loose threads. There may be other minor loose threads that I might have missed.
