Rose Marie Seoir/himitsu/syrup white tights with a cute white cat embroidery on each leg. Really reminds me of Kiss me Cat, Cat's Tea Party, Romantic Cat...there are so many fluffy white cat prints you can wear them with! Unfortunately I I prefer shorthaired cats in my wardrobe :P Came in my Rose Marie Seior lucky pack, which unfortunately did not include tags. 
I am 5'5" with a 27" waist and they fit me fine, however I wouldn't recommend to anyone much taller. 
They are relatively opaque but not completely opaque. 
Never worn out by me, only tried on.
