Brought second hand from lacemarket. The original owner never wore it and I wore it once. It's in great condition.
It didn't come with the back ribbon for the shirring or the bows so I don't have them ether.
It did stretch to 116 cm but it was not comfortable nor did it fit properly. I would not go any bigger then the official measurements listed below.
