Bought from Lace Market back in 2014. Professionally altered to expand the waistline and make the front bow detachable (simple safety pin detachment). Bow covers the plain black fabric used in let out waist. Wore once or twice. 100% cotton, lace in great condition. Partial elastic waist in back. Min waist is 26", max comfortable is 28".
Label indicates "dry clean only" but should be fine to gently wash and hang dry.
