I'm selling the Rose Bouquet Frill Ribbon Dress from Metamorphose. It is new with tags. I only tried it on. In is in new condition. The dress has shirring in the back. The waist ties and neck ties are detachable. The bows in the front and the flower brooch are also removeable. The flower brooch can also be worn as a hair clip.
