All flat measurements are not exact, simply because I don't know how accurate they are--sorry!

Hi! Sorry for the delayed reply--only just saw this now. The flat measurement I've taken for the bust is 13.5in. When I stretch the shirring on the back, it's about 16.5in. Please keep in mind I'm not experienced with taking flat measurements, so I'm not entirely sure how accurate these are--sorry! If you have any more questions, I'll try to answer them!
