Ronova Pink Petticoat/Pettiskirt with built in bloomers

Recommend for 26"-30" max, has tie inside but elastic has weakened with time. Bought at Sakuracon 2018(?) for ~$100 And worn pic is the MOST ACCURATE COLOR, my indoor apartment lighting is just very yellow
Has a few minor snags (I could not find them at time at photographing but I know there was at least one minor one) and a gray mark from wear, and has a general feeling of wear. Handwashed only.
The worn picture included a tulle Petticoat underneath. This item is sold as a petticoat however i have always worn it as a skirt with an additional petti for maximum floof. It has died with time.

20" from top to bottom it does sit a bit lower on me than the waist as seen in the picture due to the built in bloomers.
