(shirring repaired)

I got this dream jsk from a com member, but when it arrived, I was not in love. The print is adorable though.
There is some slight damage that I repaired from the previous owner. The shirring elastic was cut, I reatached it as best I could. I also reatached a waist tie button. All else looks in good condition.
I found that the lolibrary measurements are accurate.
I ship priority for safety and insuarance.
