SALES AND SHIPPING Sales are final. I try to record all damages that I see. I Also take a lot of pictures. If I miss anything, that's life. I'm not a professional. So buy at own risk. I'll always try to ship everything within a week. Usually in Friday or Saturday. I'm using PostNL if you want to check quotes yourself (I always go for tracked shipping!! Insured is own choice, uninsured is own risk). After I've dropped it off at the post office, it's out of my hands and am no longer responsible for it! I'll do my best to help track it is it gets lost, but ultimately I can't do anything about that. PostNL is gladly pretty reliable. Beware that shipping from the Netherlands is really expensive and takes longer if it's outside of Europe. ALLERGY INFORMATION I have cats. Sometimes stray cat hairs come into my lolita things, but I do keep them out of the room. If you have extreme allergies, be mindful of that.
