Oldschool jsk I purchased years ago. Label says Rococo Cage, but I've never heard of the brand outside this dress, I'm guessing it's an older Chinese indie.
Dress is super comfy, but has damage - mystery glitter stains on the ruffle (I found just two), some wear due to it's age.

waist: 80 - 90 cm
length: 90 + hem lace (around 5 cm)
