I will not typically do returns or refunds. You may open a case on PayPal if you feel I have mislead you (please contact me first). However, I try to photograph everything to the best of my ability and do not intentionally hide any flaws and do my best to represent the product. All shipments are insured for the full amount paid, so if an item is damaged or lost in transit I will file a claim so that we both get reimbursed. You will get a refund in this case, but bear with me while I file the claim, and expect a slight delay because of it. Message me with questions before committing to buy if you have any. My prices include shipping and packaging so if multiple listings are purchased I will lower the price altogether. This will be done automatically. I live with a cat and a dog. The dog is never near my clothes except when I wear them but there is for sure cat hair on my clothes even if I try to remove it. I do my best to get rid of the fur but be aware of this upon purchase. Items are washed with normal wear. I wash according to label directions which may be only hand washing or spot cleaning. I will never list a heavily soiled item that has not been professionally cleaned. Things that were not worn by me were not washed by me. No shipping outside of USA (sorry).
