This is a gorgeous handmade Lily of the Valley Ribbon Straw hat designed and made by a Chinese artist Rocaille.
Brand new, never even tried. It has always been kept in a dark cool space upon receiving.
All the bell-shaped white flowers and leaves are handmade and ironed by the artist herself. They are not mass-produced decorations.
The flowering stems have iron wires inside so you can adjust their positions.
