Ribbon Witch Hat
There is a crease in the brim of the hat from how it was shipped that makes the curve shape a bit wonky when worn, it might be able to be fixed if its ironed out but I haven't tried so please keep that in mind! It also comes with the star separately that needs to be sewed on. The point has wire inside so the shape can be adjusted.
