Used black halter neck jsk by baby the stars shine bright. It is in great condition. Because of the all black color way I believe it is from the 2009 release.

this is a shorter dress. I am five feet seven inches tall and this rests a few inches above my knees if I tie the neck up into a large bow. The lengths of dress can be lowered depending on how the neck is tied.
