No refunds will be made unless the issue is my mistake; if the damage is not described in the listing and was proven to be made before the item got to the post office. ⚠️ ♥- I will not use a different address than the one on your PayPal account. Please check if your address is correct before purchasing ♥- I only accept payments in euro via PayPal! ♥- Payment must be made within 24 hours after sending the invoice ♥- I do not accept payment plans currently. I can hold the items for a few days but please, let me know before you bid or buy ♥- International shipping is available again, please, refer to the rules bellow (European union is still preferred but int shipping is ok) ♥-Please note that I will not under declare value for customs, or on the insurance, therefore, the shipping price may evolve due to insurance fees for items above 50€ ♥- I cannot send packages without a phone number completing the address according to the French postal service's requirements. Please send me your phone number via PayPal or Lace Market messages ♥- I always wash the clothing items and sanitize items when they cannot be washed before listing (NWT items are NOT washed since they are in the condition in which I bought them) ♥- All of my clothing pieces are stored in a closet away from the sun and accessories as well unless specified ♥- I live in a smoke free home ♥- I do not own pets but my neighbours' cats come in often so keep that in mind please. I will inspect the pieces for hairs, but some may sneak in ♥- I am not responsible of the package anymore when it has been given to the postal service, but I will help you if there is an issue ♥- I can only communicate in English and French, so please, only use these languages! (English isn't my native language so please, excuse me for misunderstanding or spelling mistakes) ♥- Feedback will be left after the buyer left one ♥- Please expect reasonable delays: Both for message answers (time zone: CET) and shipping. I will try my best to ship the item within 10 business days after payment and if the shipping information is complete (phone number included.) I can however ship the items the next day after purchase for European Union addresses if the package fits in a mailbox. ♥- I allow myself to refuse selling to certain people (bad feedback, scalpers...) ♥️- Please do not say you will buy an item later if you won't.
