- No returns, refunds or exchanges

- I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped out; I can't control what the postal service does with it once it's out of my hands
- All items come from a non-smoking and no pet home
- Payment must be made within 48 hours

- I only ship to verified paypal addresses, and please make sure your address is correct in your paypal account - I am not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced packages due to incorrect addresses
- Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a package will arrive in time for a deadline especially with how unstable current postal services are domestically and internationally
- Domestic shipping (US) is always included in listed prices along with tracking
- I will ship at the lowest priced postage available that has tracking, so delivery times may vary
- I am only shipping to Canada and Europe right now. Please do not buy my listings if you are not in those territories.

- Please DM me if you want a shipping estimate before buying - if you buy an item without DMing me about the shipping and back out of the sale due to the shipping cost being "too high", I will leave a negative review and blacklist you from future sales
- I will only mark down packages if you're willing to send payment as friends & family, especially if the item is $100 and up. I do not recommend doing this (it's really not great for you as a buyer and makes me super uncomfortable as a seller!) and will not mark down packages otherwise
- Please be aware that international mail can potentially take a really long time to get to you and is also something that I do not have any control over, so please refrain from buying if it's troublesome for you to wait
