Adjustable hoop skirt that turns out to be too small for me. The waist fits (listed as 90-120cm) but the hoops don't go large enough (140 and 160 max). The original listing did not have this data so I bought it but it didn't work. Like new condition - only tried on once. Originally purchased via TuluTulu but I think it is from Taobao.
