I got this late last year and have worn it once. After wearing it I had the dress dry cleaned but I didn't have the waist ties cleaned so they are a bit creased. There is also a small spot on the front that dry cleaning did not remove. No other flaws.
The straps are attached with buttons and there is a lot more strap below the buttons so the buttons could be moved much lower for a longer fit.
The Lolibrary measurements are what I believe to the minimums. I have measure the maximums to be:
Bust: 110cm
Waist: 100cm
The bows are removable.

They are not allowed in my spare room with my burando and I don't pet them while I'm wearing lolita, but there may be some pet dander from my environment. Sorry, everything is cleaned prior to shipping but there may still be a hair or two. If you have severe allergies but are still interested in an item we could work out an arrangement involving getting it dry-cleaned and then taking it straight to the post office from the dry-cleaners.
