No outstanding flaws!
Bought this from someone that said this blouse was never worn and only tried on. Personally, I feel like there's a general sense of being worn, but this might just be because it hasn't been washed and ironed.
There's slight discoloration/staining on the back of the collar that isn't noticeable when worn, and apparently is from storage
