I combine shipping costs if you buy multiple things. I am willing to hold items! 3. To international customers- I will only mark down packages if your purchase is UNDER $100. I am willing to ship first class but for purchases over $100 I will only ship priority, no exceptions I will only ship to the address specified on the paypal invoice.
