I replaced the elastic within the shoulder straps as when I received it, the original elastic was broken. Thd black stitches are where the elastic was replaced. There is a small stain on the front of the skirt but it’s not the most visible. According to Lolibrary the measurements are; Bust 81-91 cm (31"-35")  Length 91 cm (35")  with a waist  measurement 71-79 cm (27"-31").
