Baby the Stars Shine Bright’s Babydoll Blouse in Ivory with detachable sleeves in size M (Size comparison measurements linked in the reference). I have worn the blouse a few times without the sleeves. The blouse includes full shirring.

There are some slight stains on the short left sleeve (When worn) which I have provided pictures of.
