I recently obtained this Jumperskirt from another lolita who altered it very expertly! Using the waist ties, the previous owner was able to add panels to each side of the dress to add to the bust and waist measurement, and to create a neckline/collar extender that can be buttoned on for people who are broad shoulders.

Bust measurement laid flat at widest point: 52cm

Waist measurement laid flat: 49cm

I am a 120cm bust and it fits me with room to spare (see last photograph of me co-ording it with a knit jumper underneath). Please note I am also 5'8", so this JSK can be tall friendly when styled right too!

One thing to note if that the shirring in the back is very lax and will most likely not spring back into shape without being laced up.
