I usually wear a minimizer bra or sports bra with all my dresses and that helps alot shrinking my big bust BUT I would say maaaybe it can go to 41.5in / 105cm?? but you might get a boob loaf slightly. in my honest opinion, I am a plus size lolita my self and Im a dress size 14-16 and its a little tight in the bust area but other than that it's wonderful!
