Measurements will either come from lolibrary, or I will take them myself by measuring the item flat, then doubling that measurement. ~INVOICE POLICY~ Unless otherwise discussed and approved, (such as a payment plan or hold) ALL invoices will be due within 3 days of the date sent. I will NOT ship out items unless your invoice is paid. ~PAYMENTS PLANS AND HOLDS~ I do not accept payment plans for items under 75. Holds nothing under 75 as well. Hold pricing is as follows: Hold for 1 week: 15% of cost 2 Week hold: 25% of cost 3 week hold 35% of cost Holds have a one day grace period, unless previously discussed and approved. Payment plans will happen at my sole discretion (I take feedback seriously), and based on your feedback, you may have to pay a deposit. I will work with you on payments, and circumstances allowing, I’m willing to offer payment plans that last longer than a month. ~IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT DEPOSITS~ Deposits are not separate from your purchase, they deduct from your total cost. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable. ~SHIPPING NOTES~ I tend to charge flat fees for shipping. If the shipping is less, I will return the extra postage. If it is more than expected, I will send out a request, and your item will ship out AFTER the difference has been paid. I work a full time job, so shipping can take up to three days. Please bear this in mind. If you want Items overnighted, I’m willing to work with you. Keep in mind that the flat fee for shipping will no longer apply. I will go to the post office and have the shipping calculated for you, and bill you the difference. Please be aware I will NOT ship out the package until the request has been paid for. ~INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTES~ I am wary of shipping internationally as it is so expensive for the buyer, but I will absolutely NOT shipped untracked. ~DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY~ If there are any flaws on the item, they will be documented and will have photos taken of them. I am only human, so I may miss something. If this happens, please DO NOT hesitate to contact me with photos of damage to the item, you will in almost every case receive a partial refund based on the damage.
