I have washed this & the main damages are some loose threads, the buttons are a bit loose (as they tend to be with blouses, I find) ... otherwise really good shape!
The cape is detachable, of course.
I've selected 'scratches or scuffs' to express that it is a 23 year old item that isn't in perfect shape.
The care tag has also been completely washed out from years of washing, but on the plus side... it is machine washable! On a cool, gentle cycle & with colour catching sheets, I've had no issues with bleeding :)
