Lovely chiffon overskirt by Lady Sloth. 55cm long, with a waist up
to 105cm, can be tightened with attached waist ribbons down to 90cm, but
I wouldn't recommend for <90cm waists.
Comes with detachable chiffon bow. Gives a beautiful theater curtain effect when worn over a fancy&dark main piece.
