Bust: 109-155cm
Waist: 80-140 cm

Based on my personal measurements of roughly 126 cm bust, 116 cm waist, and a large cup size, and the comments of fellow plus-size lolitas, I would not recommend this blouse for folks closer to the maximum official measurements. Although it is comfortable to me, it is already very much a crop top on me and was uncomfortable for some people with smaller measurements.
Hand-stretched, I think the maximum sleeve circumference is roughly 70 cm.

Condition:
New without tags, only tried on and never washed.

This comes from a non-smoking home with cats. Although I will lint roll it one more time before shipping, I can't guarantee I won't miss some hairs.
