Regina Wallpaper pattern high waist OP in the red colourway, released in 2010 

Maximum bust is listed as 90cm which I'd say is accurate, there is no shirring or stretch to the fabric. All measurements listed in the lolibrary link seem accurate in my experience

Bought secondhand, worn once by me. The dress is in great condition aside from some small loose threads at the detachable sleeve buttonholes.

Selling as I don't really wear bright reds, this dress has been sitting in my wardrobe for about a year unused. It's a great classic, old school leaning piece.

Skirt fits a small petticoat like the A&A 8m petticoat or smaller.

This dress was originally sold by Bodyline with a matching headress and choker which I do not have. Comes with the detachable sleeves only.
