Very pretty yet regal in person. has 6 ornamental military style monogram buttons and the bow on the back actually has elastic. There is also partial shirring on the back. This dress is forgiving however I wouldn't try to push it further than the measurements listed on lolilibrary. (the waist fit me just fine, the bust however was just tight enough that a blouse could barely fit underneath). For comparison, I have a 91cm bust and a 74 cm waist. This JSK has no waist ties.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
