I never worn this, but opened bag to take photos. The dress is wrinkled due to shipping. Head item is a KC unlike the first product shot.

There is an extra waist ribbon that is attachable with buttons (please see the last photo)

(flat measurement of waistline is 14 1/2")
I don't think the overskirt is detachable. The printing underneath is so subtle and beautiful.
For domestic shipping, I use priority mail. It will be varied by area, so please send a message for the quote. It will cost about $10 to $18 depends on the location.
