Navy Metamorphose Brilliant Princess OP

I bought this dress second hand, without the waist ties and choker. It seems to be in excellent condition, I just dont ever find the time to wear it/coord it.

Colorway is blue/navy, has side zipper, full back shirring, and would fit anyone small to large.
