How long is it? How thick is it and is there only one layer? If you were going outside for 30 minutes in below 0 degree weather would you freeze?

Hello,
The length is roughly 105 cm. I added 3 photos where you can see the lining, the thickness and the construction.
I can't tell if you would freeze if you were going outside in below 0 degree whether because I have not worn the coat; the whether where I live never goes below 0; it depends of how you layer your clothes underneath the coat; resistance to cold is very personal so each individual would take their own time to freeze.
