Beautiful offbrand or handmade skirt for cold weather

- the material contains wool I believe, feels nice to the touch and keeps you warm
- waist: 22"-26" (fully shirred, but the elastic is quite strong so it'd feel tight if you're above 26", but you can try to change the elastic yourself)
- not lined, but the edges are finished
- no built-in petti
- bought from a user on egl_comm, I don't remember whether she wore it or not, but the condition is very good, at least 90% new, no pilling
- worn once by me.. then I realized that red doesn't suit me XD
- good as a casual autumn/winter skirt too!

It's quite heavy. I think the shipping will be around $20. No tracking available unless you're willing to pay for expresspost, which is like $50-$70 in Canada... But I've shipped lots of things overseas and none have gone lost so buy with confidence!

I've been trying to sell this beautiful skirt locally with no luck. It still has a lot of life I don't want it to just sit in my closet!! ;v;
