not super high quality but it's really cute and versatile! the stars are slightly 3d, kind of like those 3d paint kits you'd see when you were a kid. selling as i got a similar dress i like more

official bust is listed as 80-90 cm, but it can stretch a bit over that. if you don't mind a snug bodice, it can probably go up to around 97 cm. keep in mind though there's no zipper, so you need to be able to pull it on
