Originally purchased at SakuraCon, but I haven't been able to make use of it (a shame as it's quite beautiful & dripping with lace details).
I have tried it on maybe twice and then kept it in storage. Condition-wise, I rate it a 9/10.
Please note: the skirt is jet-black in real life, I have lightened the photos to show detail.
There's a light built-in petticoat to this skirt but the wearer can certainly fit in another one (short-length).
