Well-loved condition (been thru the wash 3X since I've owned it). The scalloped part on the bodice is a bit wrinkled and faded (tried to iron lightly). Nothing is wrong with the elastic etc. it has the neck ties attached, is lined, has an internal pannier, and has plenty of life left. 💕 I'm just bored with it, and everyone and their mom owns the print, so it's not a favorite of mine anymore. Sold the waist ties last year.
