Tartan Check JSK (2005)
UPDATE: This JSK is not Scallop Hem, it's Tartan Check.
Purchased at a swap meet circa 2015. It appears to be a rare colorway. Dress is made from a heavy flannel-like material. The tartan is extremely dark blue, almost black, and is complemented by off-white crochet lace. The ribbon accents are dark blue. Shirred straps but NO back shirring! This dress has not been stored on a hanger. It has been folded in a storage bin, and the elastic in the straps has not deteriorated. Great condition for its age. From a smoke-free and pet-free home. Will be shipped in a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box.
