RARE TIARA HEADBAND. There is no Lolibrary listing for this (I tried looking) but it is an old AP item still in box (removed for photos). HOWEVER I believe the previous owner in Japan wore it once but I personally have not worn it. It appears the previous owner may have tried to sew it down more on the band?? Not noticable I believe once it is worn.
Has a cute star charm dangling inside and a hair comb to keep the KC in place.
