OFFERS WELCOME! Bought new in 2011, nwot. Never worn, it has been stored neatly in a garment bag since purchase. First picture is styled proof pic; items in picture not included, just the skirt. The second in a stock pic in the yellow colorway. The skirt is 17” long. The waist is fully shirred and measures 25” around relaxed but goes up to 28” comfortably.
