I'm trying to sell this ASAP.

I'm selling this beautiful skirt by Meta in the Royal Rose print. I've only worn it once and it is in excellent condition.

It has a fully shirred waist and it very stretchy. The skirt is about 21 inches in length. I tried to stretch the skirt out and measure the waist the best I could. I'd say it stretches comfortably to 43 inches, maybe more. Keep in mind that I'm not a professional, so I can't guarantee how accurate that is. But it stretches just as far as any of Meta's fully shirred skirts. As a reference, my waist is 32 inches and my hips are 40 inches and there is plenty of room for more stretching.

Note: I have 3 cats and although I keep them away from my lolita wardrobe and do what I can to remove all hairs I see, you may find a few stray hairs.
