This is one of the most unique lolita dresses I've ever seen! The color is a stunning deep teal, and all the edges are all raw and slightly unraveled, giving it a punk vibe. The skirt has two layers (the bottom frill is attached to a liner layer) and attached waist ties.

Carina e Arlequin is a Japanese indie brand that is quite hard to come by, and while I'm not sure of the exact age of this dress, it was probably produced between 2005-2010.
The elastic in the straps is a bit maxed out from hanging in a closet for years. Other than that, the only thing to be aware of is the loose strings from the raw edges (see pics).
Sizing:
- Bust: 80-90 cm
- Waist: 70 cm
Corset lacing and waist ties can be used to accommodate smaller measurements.
