I think this is quite an old piece, there’s some damage to the flocking (see photos), but it still looks great on. I can’t find a lolibrary link for this dress and can’t find any previous sales of it, hence the limited info!

My best attempts at the measurements (NOTE: may not be perfect as there’s a decent back panel of shirring which I attempted to measure at full stretch, but it was not super easy to do!)
Bust: approx. 72-90
Waist: approx. 62-86

It’s a perfect dress to dress up or down - I’ve worn it both as a black staple piece and a more Hime Gothic piece. The skirt is quite structured and puffy in itself with a structured built-in petticoat.
