Max Waist: 33" I bought this from a seller in Japan. NWT, but seller seems to have removed the AP tag but it has the other tags. Bow doesn't have the tags but it might have come as a set with the jsk and that might be why.
It's similar to the high-waist edition except the waist is lower and the bows and straps are from the print.
I don't have an ad from AP that shows the set, so I included a picture of the brand tags to prove it's real.
